CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES (I WANT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER)


We aim to start production of all our orders once the order is placed. If your order hasn’t been produced or processed, then it might be possible to cancel or change the order to something else/


Please contact our support team at support@theholylife.com for to check if canceling or exchanging your order is possible, with your reason.





DAMAGED & INCORRECT ORDERS 


Please contact our support team at support@theholylife.com for any order that has arrived damaged, defective, or if it’s the wrong item with a photo of them as soon as possible


We’ll arrange for a replacement order once we confirm your support ticket. Please do not return any item to us without contacting our support team first.



RETURNS/REFUNDS 


We really hope you love our products as they are all made with personalize love and care. 


However, if there’s any concern or reason on why you’re wanting to return the order, please contact our support team at support@theholylife.com explaining your reason for wanting to return the product.


We have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase but please note as this product was custom made and we can’t restock it, we would have to make a partial deduction from your refunded amount. Shipping & any insurance protection plan are non-refundable as well.


MY PRODUCT LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE WEBSITE ONLINE LISTING IMAGE


This is a rare occurrence as we aim to accurately represent all our designs and products on our website. Sometimes the lighting or colors might look slightly different as you are seeing the product on a device screen rather than in person.


However if you want to check if you’ve received the correct product with no defects, please take some photos of your product & email to support@theholylife.com for us to review your order
